• Information you submit on forms — for example, name, title, organization, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, bio, photograph, proposal materials, partnership interest, and registration details.
• Account information for the attendee hub (email, display name, photo, and messages you choose to send).
• Payment information for paid registrations and sponsorships, processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar log data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
• Communications you send to us (email, support requests).

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service and the program described on the relevant form.
• To evaluate applications, proposals, and inquiries.
• To publish the public profile of accepted speakers, advisory board members, and other listed participants (where you have provided a Media Release).

If you submit an application to be listed publicly (for example, as a speaker or advisory board member) and we accept your submission, your name, title, organization, photograph, bio, and LinkedIn URL may be displayed on the public website, as governed by our Media Release.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the program, satisfy our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Records of accepted public listings may be retained as program history.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Service.

8. Children
