This Privacy Policy explains how Meme Styles Consulting (“Meme Styles Consulting,” “we”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the HBCU AICON program and websites (the “Service”).

- Information you submit on forms — for example, name, title, organization, email, phone, LinkedIn URL, bio, photograph, proposal materials, partnership interest, and registration details.
- Account information for the attendee hub (email, display name, photo, and messages you choose to send).
- Payment information for paid registrations and sponsorships, processed by our third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment-card numbers.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and similar log data collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
- Communications you send to us (email, support requests).
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the Service and the program described on the relevant form.
- To evaluate applications, proposals, and inquiries.
- To publish the public profile of accepted speakers, advisory board members, and other listed participants (where you have provided a Media Release).

If you submit an application to be listed publicly (for example, as a speaker or advisory board member) and we accept your submission, your name, title, organization, photograph, bio, and LinkedIn URL may be displayed on the public website, as governed by our Media Release.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to operate the program, satisfy our legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. Records of accepted public listings may be retained as program history.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted to or from the Service.
8. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us at project@memestylesconsulting.com.
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to processing or withdraw consent.
