Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of HBCU AICON websites, the attendee hub, messaging features, video sessions, and any user submissions. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  • submit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
  • impersonate any person or organization or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • collect or scrape personal information about other users without their consent;
  • send unsolicited promotional messages, spam, or chain communications;
  • upload viruses, malware, or any code intended to damage or interfere with the Service;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, its accounts, or its infrastructure;
  • interfere with the proper operation of the Service or another user’s use of it;
  • use the Service for any commercial purpose that has not been authorized in writing;
  • infringe any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right;
  • violate any applicable law or regulation, including export-control, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws; or
  • use any AI feature in a way that produces, distributes, or facilitates content that violates this policy.

Reporting and Enforcement

Report violations to project@memestylesconsulting.com. Meme Styles Consulting may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, deny access to any event, and refer violations to law enforcement, in each case at its sole discretion.

Event Code of Conduct

In-person and virtual events are professional gatherings. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated. Conduct that creates an unsafe or unwelcoming environment may result in removal from the event without refund.
